Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that is a few months old, that range is not narrow.

What You Trade On

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Two major platforms from one account. Many pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have used MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently coming. That will be a good addition when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not for most retail traders. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, it matters less. The point is the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Put together those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

Now, the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

However. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It does factor into your decision.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.
